Full Program
Day 01
Marrakech → High Atlas → Ait Ben Haddou → Draa Valley → Zagora
Cross the High Atlas mountains, visit UNESCO Ait Ben Haddou, and descend through the date palm oases of the Draa Valley. Dinner and overnight in Zagora.
Day 02
Zagora → Tamegroute → M’Hamid → Erg Lihoudi Dunes
Discover ancient green pottery and historic manuscripts in Tamegroute, continue to the desert gateway of M’Hamid, and enjoy sunset camel riding at Erg Lihoudi.
Day 03
Erg Lihoudi → Sacred Oasis → Erg Chegaga Giant Dunes
Off-road 4x4 expedition through desert acacia plains, stop for tea at the Sacred Oasis, and reach the massive 300m sand dunes of Erg Chegaga for a private camp night.
Day 04
Erg Chegaga → Lake Iriqui → Foum Zguid → Taznakht → Marrakech
Spectacular desert sunrise, cross the vast dry bed of Lake Iriqui and historic Paris-Dakar tracks, stop in carpet-weaving Taznakht, and return over the Atlas to Marrakech.

Moroccan cuisine is an essential part of the journey, from fresh riad breakfasts in quiet courtyards to slow-cooked tagines, couscous, and multi-course dinners at selected boutique stays and your Sahara camp.
